The Grundtvig Talking Foreign workshop programme has been very dense and intensive. Therefore, there was also room for a lot of activities to make the participants feel at ease. The workshop organisers were fully participating in all activities of the workshop.
All participants were hosted in a hotel with seminar rooms where most of the workshop will take place. Additionally, visits to institutions and places where the integration of different cultures have been successfully realised and to a dance performance where themes of the workshop are reflected in an artistic way were undertaken. All meals were planned by the workshop organiser for the group either in the seminar house or other restaurants according to the programme.
Each day started with an introductory session with information about the programme, answering questions, dealing with problems, etc. This was followed by a warm up, including exercises for activation and relaxation led by participants.
Each day ended with a discussion and evaluation of the experiences made during the day.
All working sessions were videoed and short interviews were made with the participants, and a video-documentation has been produced by a professional film maker.
